We hope you are happy with your purchase! If something doesn't feel right, you have the option to return your item within 30 days from receiving your package.

How to make a return

To make a return, please use our return portal. There, you can easily register your return, and a return label will be sent to your email.

Once you have received your return label, print it and attach it clearly to the package. Then, drop off the return package at the specified service point.

Return conditions

• The product must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on underwear, seamless garments, or products that have been in direct skin contact.

• Returns must be submitted via our return portal – we do not process returns sent independently.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be issued within 10 business days via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Shipping cost for returns

A return shipping fee of SEK 79 will be deducted from the refund.

Free exchange

We offer a free exchange for the same garment in a different size. Valid once per order.
