Terms of purchase for OYOJ.se

Generally
To make a purchase on oyoj.se you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is correct and that you accept our then-current terms and conditions.

Ordering
When you have completed a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This means that we have received your order. However, your order is only approved when you have received a delivery confirmation. In the event of any problems, we will contact you via email. In the event of a price error, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order.

Payment
We use Stripe for secure payments. You can pay with:

  • Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available)

All payment information is encrypted and handled securely.

Unclaimed packages
If we receive a package back that has not been picked up, we will charge a fee of SEK 200 to cover handling and shipping.

Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are usually valid only on regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
We offer delivery within Sweden with our selected shipping partners. Available shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout depending on your address. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (specified at checkout).

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During promotions or sales periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Upon receipt, you are responsible for checking that the package and products are undamaged.

Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of obvious errors.

Product information
We reserve the right to any typographical errors and color deviations that may occur due to screen settings or photographic techniques. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

Returns & cancellation rights
You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it. The product must be returned in unused condition, with the original packaging and any labels still attached. Do not tape or write directly on the box if the product has separate packaging - otherwise a fee of SEK 200 will be charged.

For returns within Sweden, a return fee of SEK 59 will be charged. If you have paid via Klarna, we recommend that you pause the invoice in the Klarna app after you have sent the return back.

If the return is approved, we will refund the money within 21 days.

Complaint
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency. If a product is defective or broken, you have the right to complain about it within a reasonable time. Contact us with a description and picture of the defect for further handling. The product should be saved until the complaint is completed.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Your personal data is used to process your order, provide you with relevant information and comply with applicable laws. You can object to marketing at any time or request information about what data we have saved. For full information, see our Privacy Policy.
