To make a purchase on oyoj.se, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept our terms and conditions applicable at the time.
Ordering
Once you have completed a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This means that we have received your order. However, your order is only accepted once you have received a delivery confirmation. In case of any problems, we will contact you via email. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order in the event of pricing errors.
Delivery
We offer delivery within Sweden and the EU with our chosen shipping partners. Available shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Sweden
We offer free shipping within Sweden for orders of 499 SEK or more. For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 39 SEK is added.
EU
We offer free shipping within the EU for orders of 99 EUR or more. For orders under 99 EUR, a shipping fee of 8 EUR is added.
Delivery time
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is usually:

During periods with high order volumes, product launches, or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Product Information
We reserve the right against any typographical errors and color variations that may occur due to screen settings or photography techniques. We always strive to display products as accurately as possible.
Payment
We use Stripe, Shopify Payments, Klarna, and PayPal for secure payments. You can pay with:
- Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available)
All payment information is encrypted and handled securely.
Unclaimed packages
If we receive a package back that has not been claimed, we will charge a fee of 150 SEK to cover handling and shipping.
Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are generally only valid on regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your order. The product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and any labels remaining. Do not tape or write directly on the box if the product has separate packaging – otherwise, a fee of 200 SEK will be charged.
For returns within Sweden, a return fee of 79 SEK is applied, which is deducted from the refund. If you have paid via Klarna, we recommend that you pause the invoice in the Klarna app after you have sent back the return.
Once a return is approved, we will refund the money within 10 days.
Complaints
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket). If a product is defective or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint within a reasonable time, and always within three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Please contact us with a description and photo of the defect for further processing. The product should be kept until the complaint case is closed.
