We hope you are happy with your purchase! If something doesn't feel right, you have the option to return your item within 14 days of receiving your package.

How to make a return

To make a return, use our returns portal. There you can easily register your return, and a returns slip will be sent to your email.

Once you have received your return label, print it out and attach it clearly to the package. Then drop off the return package at the designated agent.

Conditions for returns

• The product must be in original condition , unused and with all tags still attached.

• For hygienic reasons, returns are not valid on underwear, seamless garments or products that have been in direct skin contact.

• Returns must be submitted through our returns portal – we do not handle returns submitted on your own.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be made within 10 working days via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Shipping cost for return

A return shipping fee of SEK 59 will be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise stated.
