OYOJ.se Terms and Conditions
General
To make a purchase on oyoj.se, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept our current terms and conditions.
Order
Once you have completed a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This means that we have received your order. However, your order is only approved once you have received a delivery confirmation. In case of any issues, we will contact you via email. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order.
Payment
We use Stripe, Shopify Payment, Klarna, and Paypal for secure payments. You can pay with:

All payment information is encrypted and handled securely.
Unclaimed packages
If an unclaimed package is returned to us, we will charge a fee of SEK 200 to cover handling and shipping costs.
Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes typically apply only to regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery
We offer delivery within Sweden with our chosen shipping partners. Available shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout depending on your address. We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount (specified at checkout).
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During campaigns or sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Upon receipt, you are responsible for checking that the package and products are undamaged.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of obvious errors.
Product information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors and color deviations that may occur due to screen settings or photography techniques. We always strive to display products as accurately as possible.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your order. The product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and any tags intact. Do not tape or write directly on the carton if the product has a separate packaging – otherwise, a fee of SEK 200 will be added.
For returns within Sweden, a return fee of SEK 79 will be deducted from your refund. If you have paid via Klarna, we recommend pausing your invoice in the Klarna app after you have sent back your return.
Upon approved return, we will refund your money within 10 days.
Complaints
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency. If a product is defective or damaged, you have the right to make a complaint within a reasonable time, but always within three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us with a description and image of the defect for further processing. The product should be kept until the complaint is resolved.
Privacy Policy
We care about your personal integrity. Your personal data is used to process your order, provide you with relevant information, and comply with applicable laws. You can object to marketing or request information about the data we have stored at any time.
